TD Chat Privacy Policy
At ThaiDuongco .,Ltd (Công ty TNHH May Túi Xách Thái Dương, "the Company"), protecting the privacy of our employees is a top priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information TD Chat collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you when you use TD Chat, the Company's internal communication platform (web, desktop and mobile apps).

2. Who Can Use TD Chat
TD Chat is for internal use only. Accounts are created by the IT Department for Company employees. The employee list is checked by IT and synchronized from the Company's HR system. When an employee leaves the Company, their account is deactivated. TD Chat does not offer public sign-up.
3. Information We Collect and How We Use It
TD Chat collects the following:
- Account information: employee ID, full name, work email, department, position and profile picture.
- Content you create: messages, files, images, voice and video calls, and channel membership.
- Technical information: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, login history, and push notification tokens.
We use this information only to:
- operate TD Chat and support work communication;
- secure the system and investigate incidents;
- provide technical support;
- comply with internal policies and legal obligations.
4. Information Shared with Third Parties
The Company does not sell, rent or share your information for advertising or marketing. To deliver push notifications to mobile devices and browsers, the content of each notification passes through Apple Push Notification service, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, or both. We may disclose information to competent authorities when required by Vietnamese law.
5. Where Data Is Stored
TD Chat data, including messages, files and databases, is stored on servers managed by the Company on cloud infrastructure located in Vietnam.
6. How We Protect Information
The Company applies administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These safeguards include:
- data encryption;
- access control;
- system monitoring, in line with applicable Vietnamese information security requirements.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
TD Chat uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Retention of Information
Messages and files are retained for 3–5 years in accordance with Company policy, unless a longer period is required by law. The Company may retain data of deactivated accounts for the same period for business and compliance purposes.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Under applicable Vietnamese personal data protection laws, you may:
- request access to, correction of, or information about your personal data;
- manage notification settings and profile information in the app;
- contact the IT Department with any privacy request.
Because TD Chat is a work tool, messages exchanged in work channels belong to the Company's work records.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and notify users in TD Chat.
